Very interesting job came through approximately 6 weeks ago regarding possible Plaster Beetles evident within a new build property.
We conducted a very thorough survey and inspection which identified the insect plus the source of infestation.....the loft!
Whilst this property was being constructed dampness had formed within the loft space from condensation forming on the visquine roof. This then formed dampness within the plasterboards.
Our recommendation was to install a de humidifier within the loft which dropped the numbers considerably over the 6 week period.
We then re visited the property this morning and carried out a full ULV Fogging with a powerful insecticide.
