As you can view from the footage taken, Rat's are out foraging around the bin areas and entering the drainage and sewerage system!
Rat's are nocturnal Rodents - If you see them during daylight hours this only means trouble.... They are comfortable in their environmental surroundings and have a readily food source widely available!
This is now certainly their harbourage point and home!
