Today we had our team of professional technicians tackling a severe Rodent infestation that had been evident for many years!
This Domestic property was located in Read, Lancashire.
Unfortunately we are all going to grow old and become elderly at some point in our lives! Sometimes this can cause damaging effects to our properties!
Phil surveyed this property last week and today we conducted the relevant treatment and clearance procedures.
Here's a list of the jobs we carried out today!
🔹Removal of all contaminated items which were inevitably placed in a skip for disposal.
🔹Cleaning all areas of the utility room and front gararage port from top to bottom.
🔹Cleaning all areas of the rear paving area, also using a high pressured power wash.
🔹A full disinfecting and sanitising treatment therefore followed.
🔹Installation of a Rodent Control treatment procedure using external monitor control points with the usage of rodenticides and break back traps.
🔹Ingress point into the utility room found and securely proofed up.
