🔹 The most integral part of Pest Management is to firstly conduct a thorough survey of the premises before any treatment plan has started!
🔹 This enables ourselves to determine and correctly identify which pest species we are treating or preventing against!
🔹 Survey inspections should always be carried out in detail, taking into the sites location and environmental surroundings which always plays a major factor!
🔹 Here's one of our service technicians Jacob conducting his first survey visit of this site located in East Lancashire on behalf of a facilities management company based in North Yorkshire.
🔹 A full examination of the property in question has been carried out which identified x3 major defects to allow Rodent ingress into the sites cavities and foundations - These have to be rectified on our initial setup!
🔹 The sites location has then been taking into account - Fast food establishments are in close proximity, residential properties are in close proximity, the site is surrounded by a large amount of foliage.
🔹 The current service visits are well below our standard of servicing, 8 visits per annum is always recommended and required to coincide with pest species breeding cycles!
🔹 A new Pest Management system has now been forwarded and recommendations made to the client!
