Today we met the MP of Rossendale - Jake Berry, Head Councillor of Rossendale and the owner of the property management company we are managing this site for in Waterfoot who are based in London.
Victoria Arcade has some very big plans ahead to re-establish itself in the heart of Waterfoot again.
